This is a very good machine for beginners or intermediate levels and not for people with too much extra weight,in fact no home gym machine is made for extra big bodies,that's a fact, and if consumer needs or wants extra heavy duty machines either has to go to the gym or purchase gym machines that cost at least 500 hundred dollars to start. That's why this one doesn't cost more than 150. Paying more than that is crazy but for a 100 o 150 its worth it.
